Founded with purpose, AUDIT FUNDS exists to reconnect people and businesses with assets they didn’t know they had.
Our mission is simple: to ensure the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of unclaimed or forgotten funds to individuals, estates, companies, and organizations.

We audit government and financial accounts to uncover idle assets that may be overlooked or misfiled. Once identified, we determine whether the funds are still on deposit, already in process, or have never been claimed. Then we monitor every step to help ensure the complete, timely and  proper release and delivery of any assets available.

Once funds are identified, AUDIT FUNDS locates the rightful owner—whether an individual, estate, company, or business—and explains how we can assist in releasing those assets. 

Depending on the type of account and funds involved, the recovery process typically takes 2 to 4 months. We also pursue assets that have never been claimed or applied for, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked.

Kathy Jackson, Founder & CEO of AUDIT FUNDS LLC, built this company with a clear purpose: to help people recover what’s rightfully theirs. 

Driven by a passion for transparency and service, she chose the name “AUDIT FUNDS” to reflect her vision

in a word reinforces truth and clarity.

The inspiration came while listening to a tv show, an actor used this analogy in a scene ... ( In the end it's Not Rather We Choose Right or Wrong. It's the People We Choose to Work With.  If Good Times Come We Get To Celebrate With Those People. If Not ; Should Tough Times Come and We Pick the Right People, They Can Help You Get Through Them.) and Kathy, being intrigued by the fact it aligned perfectly with her mission: to simplify reinforce what’s IMPORTANT. Just like that, 

Audit Funds LLC was born. 

 After decades in real estate and serving the  county, state, and federal public and private programs, When she finished serving  a  County Judge apointed position for the state of Texas, a Legislature Limit  of  3 terms for a program helping Tarrant County Tax Payers. 

Kathy Jackson was driven to find a new way to help people in need.

 Her work supporting children, veterans, and families laid the foundation for what would become  AUDIT FUNDS LLC: a company dedicated to reconnecting individuals, estates, and businesses with assets they didn’t know exisited.

Sitting back and doing nothing has never been Kathy Jackson’s style. You’ll see that for yourself when you visit her team page. 

During her over 40 years as a realtor, Kathy spent 10 of those working with three companies that serviced 43 U.S. mortgage lenders, handling delinquencies, bankruptcies, and foreclosures. 

What she uncovered was staggering: over $45 billion in idle, forgotten funds—most of which would never be returned to their rightful owners.

Determined to solve this problem, Kathy dug deeper. She found that the issue wasn’t scarcity—it was lack of oversight and broken systems. Therefore millions of dollars would go unclaimed every day.

These assets could change lives, stabilize families, and keep businesses afloat. They could be the difference between closing the doors or keeping them open.

That’s why Kathy built Audit Funds—to create a system that works, and to make sure what’s lost can be found again.
